Elle avait mal à la gorge, à cause de la manifestation étudiante de la veille où elle avait été aspergée de gaz lacrymogène, mais Viviane a bien voulu chanter quelque chose à la caméra quand j’ai appris qu’elle étudiait en environnement et en musique à McGill. Je parlais avec une Inuit, un métis cri et un autre autochtone, quand Vivian est venue s’asseoir dans le cercle pour manger son repas. Elle est à Occupons Montréal depuis la mi-octobre, s’est occupée du comité cuisine, du comité communication et de mille autres choses tout en poursuivant ses cours. C’est un des êtres de lumière que j’ai croisés ce jour-là à Occupons Montréal. Je vais réaliser un vidéo pour le projet 11.11.11. de http://onedayonearth.org.

Let’s take a walk
6 NovThis Sunday morning, I followed instructions given on Twitter by New York performance and video artist @mcayer as I was walking down the alley towards the river. At one point she asked us (people from all over the world joining her « Let’s take a walk » project), to stop and film something that interested us. I looked around, started filming the yellowish trees with my iPad and saw this cross of light appearing on my screen, with its white burning sun center and irisdescent arms. Some Catholic upbringing remnants I’m sure, in a time of struggling with old hurts. It uplifted my spirits. Later on, I saw of 6th of spades playing card on the lawn by the river and googling it, found out it meant « ending of sadness ».

India celebrates today the mythological triumph of light over darkness by Lord Rama with the help of the great monkey prince Hanuman. All over India, people celebrate and put up myriads of votive lights reminding this ancient story as told in the Ramayana.

Le Cahier mauve d’Aim??e L??vesque
5 OctOn s’est rencontr??es sur Twitter gr??ce ?? notre ami virtuel commun @Cor_de_Lleo . Puis on s’est vues en personne au Forum sur la cr??ation litt??raire au printemps. C’est une toute jeune fille de 26 ans, adorable, On s’est revues en juin, au lancement de mon recueil « Micropo??sie ». Cet apr??s-midi, j’ai enfin pu mettre la main sur son « Cahier mauve », un livre d’artiste avec des calligraphies + ou – japonaises, livre qu’elle a r??alis?? avec sa copine graphiste Cheval-Marcel (M??lodie Vachon Boucher).
Son « Cahier mauve » m’a beaucoup touch??e: c’est tr??s beau, subtil et ??a dit beaucoup de choses avec peu de mots. Le texte a une gr??ce naturelle, les calligraphies sont myst??rieuses et parfois tr??s dr??les: « suivez la fl??che qui vous ram??nera sur terre, Autobus II, les id??ogrammes qui forment les mots, Fin ou Billy, une anxi??t?? sourde qui traverse le livre, dripping, c’est un dessin, « ta » comme en fran??ais, post it black, mon corps veut vivre je n’ai pas le choix, la m??me syllabe que tsout ?? l’heure » (??a c’est ma pr??f??r??e!).
